Some Home Remedy Tips

(1) Honey absorbs moisture frrom the air and has anti bactrial propereties. Smear it on cuts.

(2) If you have a sore throat, gargle with diute tamarind pulp for relief.

(3) To prevent greying, heat 20 curry leaves in a cup of coconut oil until the leaves turn black.
Apply to the scalp two to three times a week.

(4) Mushrooms are rich in potassium and help lower elevated blood pressure.

(5) Garlic contains a chemical compoud called allicin which cleanses the digestive system.

(6) Green gram contains folic acid that fights birth defects and acids cell growth.

(7) Eat black eyed beans to continue getting enough protein. They are also rich in Iron & Potassium.

(8) Chew copper rich sunflower seeds for strong bones and flexible joints.
