(1) Green peas can help you fight fatigue, reduce
cholesterol and prevent anaemia.
(2) The bacterial cultures in yoghurt stimulate
fighter white cells, helping you ward off infections.
(3) Sweet potatoes are rich in Vit A and help in
maintaining healthy eyes, skin and linings of respiratory and intestinal
tracts.
(4) Corn is a rich source of antioxidants and
fights cancer-causing free radicals in the body.
(5) If you have baked brinjal with honey before
going to bed you will sleep like baby.
(6) Add dry ginger, tulsi, ajwain and lemon grass
to boiling water before adding tea and have at least twice a day during
monsoon. It will help fight against seasonal disease.
(7) Take some tulsi leaves (8-10) and soak them
in water for 10 min before you chew on them. It will help you keep fever, cold
and cough at bay.
