Some Nutirtion Tips

(1) Prawns contain zinc that maintains the scalp’s oil-secreting glands, which keeps hair shiny.
(2) Don’t binge on spinach. It contains naturally occurring oxalates, which can interfere with calcium absorption.
(3) Ginger contains Gingerol that relaxes blood vessels, stimulates blood flow and relieves pain.
(4) If you are suffering from diarrhoea consume mustard seeds. With powerful anti-microbial agents, they can kill E-coli bacteria.
(5) Coriander has healing properties – apply its juice to cracked skin.
(6) Mussels are an excellent source of Vitamin B12. If you are suffering from depression and fatigue, eat a few.
(7) Phlorizin, a flavonoid in apples, guards post-menopausal women from osteoporosis by improving bone density.
(8) Tea without milk and sugar, fights cavities, reduces plaque and prevents weight gain.
