(1) Two teaspoons of ginger juice mixed with one
spoon of honey and room temperature water can build immunity.

with warm milk and sugar. Drink twice daily.

baking soda in a glass of water, squeeze some lime; add a pinch of powdered
cloves; and gargle with this after all meals.
